Ready to order?  Here is what to expect:

1. Schedule a free consultation. 

     a. Consultations can be conducted in person (local customers or complicated builds), Phone, Facetime, or Zoom. Dependent on the preference or             availability 

             1) Customer and I will determine the wants and need of customer piece and come up with general design agreed to by both parties. 

2. Plans Designed and drawn to specifications. 

     a. $100 fee to have design drawn. 

            1) The fee will be applied to whole deposit if customer decides to proceed. If not the fee will be forfeited to cover time and effort for design

     b. A quote will be provided for the piece to be commissioned, at this time. 

3. Each piece built is unique and handmade starting from rough-cut lumber. The time taken to build a piece can vary depending on several factors and will be discussed on a per case basis. 

4.  Orders are built in order that deposits are paid. 

     a. Once an order is placed, I will do my best to keep customers informed about:

          1) How many projects are ahead of them

          2) When their project will be started

          3) Contact customer as I am finishing project ahead of them

          4) Where in the process I am of their project

5. During the build

    a. I am very willing to provide updates with a brief description of what is being done

    b. Pictures of the project at the time

           1) As frequent or infrequent as the customer wishes

6. Within a week of project finish I will contact customer to set up a delivery and/or pick up time that fits both parties' schedule. 

    a. Delivery fee for any delivery going more than 10 miles in one direction. 

    b. I would gladly set up and install the furniture piece in the customer's home or business for an additional fee. 

    c. Delivery and set up fees can be worked into original quote if it is known that the services will be needed
